**Review: Ibis Birmingham International Airport – A Convenient and Comfortable Stay** During a recent trip, I had the pleasure of staying at the Ibis Birmingham International Airport, and I must say that it exceeded my expectations in every way. Due to an unfortunate delay of nearly two hours on my return flight from Corfu, I found myself arriving at the hotel much later than anticipated. However, the Ibis staff were incredibly accommodating, allowing me to check in after 1 AM without any hassle. This level of flexibility and understanding was greatly appreciated after a long day of travel. The room itself was a perfect haven of comfort. The bed, in particular, deserves special mention – it was extremely comfortable and provided me with a restful night's sleep, which was exactly what I needed after a hectic day. Despite the late hour of my arrival, I found the room to be clean, quiet, and well-prepared for my stay. Location-wise, the hotel couldn’t be more convenient for travelers. Situated right at the Birmingham International Airport, it offers easy access to the terminals, which is ideal for those with early flights or in situations like mine, where unforeseen delays can disrupt travel plans. Overall, I highly recommend the Ibis Birmingham International Airport for anyone needing a convenient, comfortable, and accommodating place to stay. The staff’s professionalism and the quality of the accommodations made my stay stress-free and enjoyable.

The exceptional services from Wale and Carmen. If it is possible I would like to recommend them for employees of the year. The journey that I was making from Ibiza to Wales took me 2 days and 2 nights was difficult as I was travelling to Wales to be with a member of my family who is seriously ill. I was very fragile by the time I arrived at Birmingham Airport from Palma and was wheelchaired by a member of the Special Assistance team to Ibis. I was supported by Wale who was on the reception desk when I arrived. He was patient and supportive despite being very busy. Also the next morning from 5am until 7am he continud to be supportive and caring. . I enjoyed one of the best full breakfasts that I have ever experienced and Carmen provided excellent service and was caring and supportive. My sincere thanks.

Great location very close to airport departures, around 5 minutes walk slightly longer from arrivals. Staff very efficient at check-in despite the very late hour of arrival! Good room on the 1st floor, no noise even though we overlooked carparks, perfect for our needs. Had kettle with tea/coffee/milk. Loved the bathroom it was like our very own spaceship capsule 😍 surprisingly large shower and very powerful, good comfy bed Staff at breakfast very pleasant and welcoming. Nice breakfast choices of fruit juices, cereal, fruit, yoghurt, breads, croissants, tea/coffee plus hot cooked breakfast buffet not on a large scale but plentiful and replenished quickly. I can fully recommend it has everything you need for an airport hotel. Would stay again. Thank you 😀

Terrific location to the international airport-just a short walk across the car park. Staff great and very helpful. I had the best made in house lasagne that I’ve had in a long time served with salad and garlic bread. The server Sophia was very helpful and the rest of the party had burgers and chips and a pepperoni pizza. All reported great tasting food. A plus was the tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Hallway carpet was marked but the room and bathroom was very clean with plenty of hot water available. We would stay here again for the convenience when flying out.

I stayed here for a convention at the NEC, the monorail takes you from Birmingham international to the airport where you go down a lift and walk literally across the road to the property!! It was so handy and convenient. Food was reasonably priced also. The room was warm and comfortable and very quiet, the shower was huge and the lighting mirror was amazing! The bar staff and waiting staff were all really kind and lovely, One young man even opened my bottle of drink for me so I could take it upstairs.
